About the Role:
Hawkes Resourcing Group is seeking an experienced Fire Damper Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for the inspection, testing, maintenance, and installation of fire dampers in a variety of commercial and industrial properties. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to work on a range of projects across the UK, ensuring fire safety compliance and high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct inspections and testing of fire dampers in accordance with industry regulations (BS 9999).
2. Perform maintenance, repairs, and replacements of fire dampers as required.
3. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and fire safety standards.
4. Complete detailed reports and documentation on inspections and work completed.
5. Work closely with clients and contractors to deliver high-quality service.
6. Identify and report any additional fire safety issues.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Fire Damper Engineer or in a similar fire safety role.
2. Knowledge of fire safety regulations and BS 9999 standards.
3. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
4. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
5. Valid CSCS card (preferred).
6. Full UK driving licence.
7. Strong communication and organisational skills.
