Finishing Foreman

Finishing Foreman required for new build residential project in the Southampton area. The Finishing Foreman will come from a residential background with SSSTS / SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS, with experience in managing projects from internal phase through to completion and handover.

The Finishing Foreman's history to date should reflect comprehensive knowledge in the construction of residential developments, covering the construction of multi-unit sites building houses, flats, and apartments.

The Finishing Foreman will be required to oversee finishings, snagging, and handover of units, managing internal trades and subcontractors.
