Requirements/Qualifications:
- CSCS Card
- SSSTS or SMSTS
- 1st Aid
- Experience on Residential projects
- Two working references
Job Duties:
- Assisting with the day-to-day running of the site
- Experience dealing with Snagging and Sub Contractor to complete work
- Enforce all workplace policies and procedures
- Track and monitor project progress, adhering to prearranged standards
- Manage sub-contractors to ensure all deadlines are met
