GBP270 per day

A Tier 1 Client of ours is currently seeking a talented Finishing Foreman to join their esteemed team and get there current project over the line

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain the highest standards of building practices
• Conduct thorough checks to ensure compliance with building specifications and regulations
• Ensure quality standards are met and maintain records for compiling O&M manuals
• Plan and manage the activities of finishing trades to ensure timely project completion
• Site Inductions and daily briefings
• Health and Safety and safe working practice

Requirements:

• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in every aspect of the project
• Strong understanding of building specifications and regulations
• Experience in compiling information for O&M manuals and managing project documentation
• Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and supervise finishing trades effectively
