Fine Art Logistics Coordinator

Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Fine Art Shipping Coordinator for an excellent niche sector Freight Forwarder based in the Heathrow area.

Daily Duties:

1. Coordinate and manage shipments via air, road and sea making sure we adhere to all relevant constraints (time, budget, scope, quality etc).
2. Monitor our orders with dedicated reports, tools, and a shared platform whilst troubleshooting and removing roadblocks.
3. Be the first point of contact for our partners and importers.
4. Suggest and implement process improvements within the Freight & Customs team.
5. Work closely and collaboratively with our Customer Care and Warehouse teams.

Required Experience:

1. First experience in art shipping or in logistics and within the startup ecosystem, and an understanding of customs.
2. Strong analytical skills.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Well organised and disciplined in daily activity planning and know how best to prioritise.
5. Enthusiastic, ambitious, self-motivated and hands-on with a strong work ethic.
6. Enjoy working in a challenging fast-paced, target-driven and team-oriented environment.
7. Excellent learner with a desire to adapt to new concepts and technologies.

Benefits: Includes a 1000 company bonus.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm or 9am - 5:30pm.
