Strategy, Ops & Transformation work
I'm working with a rapidly growing, boutique financial services consultancy, who are looking to build their strategy and transformation team. They have a really impressive culture and fantastic opportunities for progression, development, and proposition leadership.
The team partners with leading financial institutions to design and deliver business-critical strategic transformation initiatives across their businesses. They have a deep specialism in the Wealth & Asset Management sector, as well as clients across retail, commercial and investment banking, and insurance too.
Their work is hugely varied, from digital strategy, innovation and transformation, to operating model design, to operational excellence and organisational transformation, to executing risk-focused and regulatory change.
This role is an opportunity to take a leading role in a rapidly growing capability - they are building their strategy, change and transformation practice across the FS industry.
Candidates will have had experience leading the scoping and delivery of some of the following projects in financial services:
My client has a specific interest in candidates who are flexible to work across a number of project types, as well as those who are ambitious, entrepreneurial, and hungry to develop.
My client offers a salary of £45,000 to £85,000, dependent on experience, with prosperous company benefits. This role is Central London based, with WFH flexibility. If this ticks the boxes for you, please apply.
Regretfully, due to a high volume of applicants, we are only able to reply to those who are successful.
