THE ROLE

We have a new opportunity for a Financial Services and Products Solicitor 3 - 7 PQE to join an established financial services regulatory team.

The role is for an associate Solicitor with experience in retail financial services work, including wealth/asset management and platform services.

Experience in mortgages, outsourcing, and digital services would also be of interest.

The work will include:

1. Assisting in the launch of retail advisory, discretionary management, and platform products and services;
2. Assisting clients to launch and change their retail app offerings;
3. Providing support on M&A transactions and due diligence relating to a variety of financial services firms offering products and services to consumers;
4. Providing support with drafting retail terms and conditions;
5. Advising on governance, systems, and controls.

THE CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will have 4-7 PQE relevant experience from a highly regarded retail regulatory practice and a solid academic background.

You will have the ambition and motivation to develop both your professional and legal skills and the profile of the financial services team.
