LAW Absolute is currently working with a Top 200 firm whose financial services team have a new opportunity available for an experienced financial services lawyer to join them in June to cover parental leave for at least 12 months on a FTC basis.
The position will involve working with the team on a range of payments and e-money regulations matters. You will also have experience of working on consumer finance, FS regulatory and the financial services and Markets Act.
You will have a strong background and experience in drafting T’s & C’s, product structuring as well as dealing with regulatory queries on behalf of the firm's fintech and FS clients. You will also have a good knowledge and practical understanding of the FCA / PRA Handbook, payments services regulations and the CCA.
Due to the nature of the role and responsibilities involved, you will have at least 5 PQE+ and be able to work collaboratively as part of a friendly and collegiate team as well as independently.
