Artemis Human Capital is thrilled to partner with a respected financial services firm in East Belfast to recruit a talented Financial Services Administrator. This newly created role is designed to support the firm’s continued growth and provides an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to thrive within a dynamic team and deliver outstanding client service.

The Role…

As part of the client services team, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, including:

  1. Assisting with the seamless onboarding of new clients and ensuring the successful implementation of their financial plans.
  2. Taking responsibility for processing new business, ensuring all compliance and accuracy standards are met.
  3. Maintaining and updating client records, coordinating with product providers, and preparing necessary documentation.
  4. Managing client portfolios and ensuring prompt follow-through on action items from client meetings.

What We’re Looking For…

To be considered for this role, you should ideally have:

  1. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position within the financial services industry.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a professional telephone manner.
  3. Strong attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
  4. The ability to manage a diverse workload and meet deadlines.
  5. A genuine passion for delivering high-quality client service.
