The Role:
My client is looking for an FP&A Analyst to join their team. This role is perfect for a part-qualified or qualified accountant with experience in financial planning and analysis. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to provide key financial insights, drive strategic decision-making, and support the company's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Partner with key business stakeholders to assess trends and provide strategic financial direction
2. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
3. Present financial reports and analysis to senior leadership and the board
4. Provide detailed insights and ad-hoc analysis on business performance

About You:
Proven experience in financial reporting, planning, and analysis
Progression towards a professional accounting qualification
Strong financial modelling and Excel skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to provide commercial insights and support decision-making
