  • Insight Delivery: Provide valuable insights to understand risks and opportunities impacting our financial results, and support decision-making.
  • Business Conversations: Working closely with market FP&A teams to support senior management in regular Quarterly Business Reviews and Monthly Performance Reviews.
  • Change Agent: Support the team in driving change initiatives to improve efficiency and enhance outcomes through automation.
  • External Reporting: Prepare support packs and analysis for the Group CFO and Investor Relations for external results announcements.

Skills and experience we're looking for:

  • Financial skillset: Strong financial competence and commercial awareness, with the ability to navigate complexity and high demand. Accounting, Actuarial or Finance qualifications preferred.
  • Communication: Strong written communication skills including through PowerPoint style presentation outputs, with the ability to convey messages in concise non-technical language. Audience includes the Board, Executive Committee, Non-Executive Directors (e.g. Remuneration Committee) and Finance Leadership Team.
  • Risk and Controls: Proven ability to manage operational deliverables with a strong control mindset.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office suite and experience with Business Intelligence models and workflow automation tools is a plus.
  • Innovative Mindset: Forward-thinking, dynamic, creative, and adaptable, with a passion for developing new ideas and embracing change.
