Job description

Please note: Progression is available to Trainee Paraplanner, Paraplanner and to Adviser if you so wish. However, this is not a prerequisite to be considered and the business is very happy to have long term administrators.


Overview of the role:
  1. Client correspondence, written and verbal
  2. Processing new business, pension, investment & protection
  3. Chasing providers/insurers
  4. Preparation of client review packs
  5. Arranging client meetings and managing the financial planner's diary
  6. Illustration requests
  7. Accurate use of IO/Intelligent Office software
  8. Maintain client records and ensure client files are well presented, accurate and compliant
  9. Taking phone calls, enquiries and requests and handling them where appropriate
  10. General back-office support
