Financial Planner & Director - Brighton

AMG Search is currently looking for a Financial Planner & Director to join a major Wealth Management business.

Responsibilities:

• As Financial Planner & Director you will mentor and support your Financial Planner colleagues and manage your own portfolio of clients.
• You will effectively lead a team of advisers to achieve their personal and team targets.
• The Financial Planner & Director will be responsible for leading a team that delivers comprehensive financial planning and wealth management advice.
• You will also be given some clients that you can then develop and complement with your own clients/connections.
• The Financial Planner & Director will be responsible for ensuring the building and development of trusted relationships with new and existing clients.
• Full paraplanning support will be given to help you and your team to provide an excellent service and spend time with your clients.
• Flexible working between home / office.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this outstanding Financial Planner & Director opportunity you will need the following skills and experience:

• Chartered Financial Planner or Diploma/Dip PFS and progressing towards Chartered.
• You will be a senior Financial Planner or manager who can come in at a senior level and also lead/manage a small team of advisers.
• Expertise in dealing with high net worth clients.
• Knowledge and experience in pensions, investments, protection, taxation planning & trusts.
• You will be well connected (clients/introducers) and you will have strong business development and mentoring skills.
