Department Overview:
Financial Institutions manages ING's relationships on a global basis with our most important financial institution clients. We are a true multi-product coverage unit, fully aligned with our product, risk management and network colleagues. Our focus is to provide pro-active, solutions driven origination to our clients and to deliver excellent execution across the full range of transaction banking and high value-added products. The role is within the UK Financial Institutions team, part of the sector coverage organisation, where we focus on delivering ING’s services and products to banks, insurance companies and non-bank financial institutions located in the UK and Ireland.
The Associate Relationship Manager will be pivotal to the establishment, development and enhancement of relationships that we manage. The successful candidate will be challenged to develop business opportunities and ensure client satisfaction. At the same time the Junior Relationship Manager will help process the relevant CDD requests. The key responsibilities of the role will be as follows:
