Finance Director | VC Backed SaaS | Fully remote

Salary: £90,000 - £100,000 (Depending on experience) - Plus excellent benefits including bonus and share options.

This role is Part time 4 days per week fully remote working.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing VC backed SaaS company who are looking for a Strategic Finance Director to join them on their growth journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• As Finance Director, you will play a hands-on role managing both our day-to-day financial activities alongside partnering with the CEO and leadership team to support business growth and optimising financial health Management and development of the teams.
• Manage all day-to-day financial activities from transactional accounting, cashflow management to management accounts and other internal controls and financial reporting.
• Budgeting & Reporting: Be responsible for budgeting & reporting, analysis and KPI tracking.
• Fundraising: Support the fundraising process, working closely with the CEO, Chairman and Investors.
• Play a key role in the leadership team, bringing appropriate level of challenge to ensure sound business and financial planning.
• Board reporting and investor relations: Manage board process, reporting and investor relations.
• Qualified accountant with a solid technical understanding of accounting principles and practices. Ideally Big 4 trained (ACA).
• Experience working in a fast-growth environment.
• Tech/SAAS experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrable leadership and management experience.
