Shift patterns: 7am - 3pm, 9am - 5pm, 12pm - 8pm, + weekend working

For businesses, Suits Me offers a payment solution providing the UK's only specialised client portal allowing recruiters and employers to open accounts for their employees and candidates within minutes.

Responsibilities:

1. Review risk alerts triggered by routine screening activities and by using your own initiative looking for unusual/suspicious behaviour.
2. Risk assess customer accounts and document (where applicable).
3. Communicate with customers in order to conduct a holistic investigation and recommendation.
4. Complete relevant customer screening using third party screening tools.
5. Apply your knowledge and expertise to provide a risk-based recommendation on a customer account.
6. Report suspicious activity in line with the SARs policy.
7. Contribute towards a positive and supportive working environment by sharing knowledge and expertise across the wider team.
8. Any other reasonable management request.

About You:

You will be responsible for applying your investigative ability to analyse customer profiles (e.g., onboarding documents, transactional activity and account behaviour) in order to make recommendations that help Suits Me effectively manage risk. You will have an understanding of risk assessments and provide recommendations. In this role you will communicate with our customers and work closely with the team to ensure that best practices and processes are being implemented.
