Financial Controller-Director

Hiring a Director, Financial Controller to join a world leader operations in London, Great Britain. As the Director, Financial Controller you will be responsible for ensuring integrity of the financial statements of the company's entities in partnership with the GBSC (Global Business Service Center), leading finance compliance with United Kingdom regulatory requirements, ensuring local statutory reporting compliance as well as providing support to the business teams across a number of areas including accounting and controls. You will also oversee the statutory accounting and reporting process, in accordance with Corporate policies and United States GAAP and SEC requirements.

If you have at least 10 years plus experience ideally 3 years plus managing a team, extensive experience/proven track record in accounting controls and financial processes within a global organization or within a Big 4 Firm, or a mix of industry and Big 4 experience, let's talk!

THE SKILLS SET NEEDED

• At least 10+ years of extensive experience/proven track record in accounting controls and financial processes within a global organization or within a Big 4 Firm.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Active Certified Public Accountant or Chartered Accountant or equivalent.
• Experience with US GAAP and/or IFRS accounting and reporting requirements.

PREFERRED SKILLS SET

• A mix of industry and Big 4 experience.
• Masters Degree.
