This is a brilliant opportunity for a commercially savvy, qualified finance professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to be more than “just the numbers person.” You’ll be partnering closely with the senior leadership team, influencing strategy, and leading a finance function that’s evolving to support serious scale.

The role at a glance:

• Acting as a strategic partner to the leadership team, bringing commercial insight to the table

• Leading all core financial operations—reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and controls

• Driving process improvement, systems upgrades, and automation

• Managing working capital, cash flow, and financial risk

• Building and mentoring a high-performing finance team

• Bringing ideas, challenging the norm, and making things happen

Who we’re looking for:

• Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, or ACCA) with experience in a growing SME environment

• Commercially minded, hands-on, and confident operating at senior level

• A natural problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership

• Someone who’s hungry for progression and excited by change

• Strong leadership skills and a passion for developing others
