Base pay range

Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 + Benefits including a bonus

Working Pattern: Remote across the UK or Ireland

The role:
  • Leading the financial control function
  • Reporting to the CFO, you will work closely with them and the senior leadership team to drive financial performance
  • Help transition from their existing BPO provider to a new in-house shared service centre.
  • You will then lead and develop the new financial team
  • Supporting the implementation of a new end-to-end platform based on Salesforce.
  • Represent finance credibly on calls with customers and at times helping sales with pitches.

Your experience:
  • Fully qualified accountant
  • Strong experience with ERP & financial systems, ideally Salesforce based
  • Highly autonomous and self-sufficient
  • Experience working in Workforce management, Managed Service Providers / Programmes (MSPs) Employer of Records (EoRs), Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPOs) or Global Recruitment companies focused on contractors
  • Have experience with operational, commercial and reporting accounting.
Interview Process:

3 Stages

  1. 1st stage Teams Interview with the CFO
  2. 2nd stage Teams Interview with the Operations Director
  3. 3rd stage In-Person Interview with the CFO at a location to be decided
