Temporary opportunity for a Financial Controller to join a large organisation in Staines.
Your new company
You will be joining a clear global market leader operating in the logistics space and take financial responsibility for two business units on an interim basis for the next 3 months.
Your new role
This will be a very hands-on and varied role where you will take ownership of month-end processes, including preparation of journals and balance sheet reconciliations. You will prepare post month-end analysis along with commentary versus forecast and produce monthly management reports for senior stakeholders. While this is a sole charge role, you will liaise extensively with the Shared Service Centre and central office.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced accountant with advanced Excel skills and ideally knowledge of Power BI, as you will be using it frequently to develop reports. You should be available at short notice and be happy to work on a hybrid basis in Staines.
