Position: Financial Controller

Location: Skegness, Lincolnshire

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000

Teen Spirit Limited is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Financial Controller to join our growing business. This is a new and pivotal role within our organisation, offering the opportunity to lead a small finance team, contribute to strategic decision-making at the senior management level, and play a key role in supporting the company's financial health.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the finance team.
2. Oversee financial reporting and compliance.
3. Provide strategic financial insights to senior management.
4. Manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
5. Ensure accuracy of financial records.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role.
2. Strong understanding of financial reporting and compliance.
3. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
4. Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
