Your responsibilities will include:

1. Managing monthly closing procedures and ensuring accurate financial reporting
2. Preparing detailed financial reports and analyses for stakeholders
3. Conducting financial analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights
4. Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
5. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
6. Implementing and maintaining internal controls to safeguard assets

Your skills and experience will include:

1. Minimum of five years' experience in financial management, preferably in a group of businesses and fast-paced environments
2. Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, or ACCA) with strong financial accounting skills
3. Proven track record of managing and developing finance teams
4. Experience with financial analysis, strategic planning, and budgeting
5. Excellent communication, presentation skills, and proficiency in financial software and MS Office
6. High levels of integrity, professionalism, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
