Job description

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join their team in Milton Keynes. This role offers an attractive salary range of £80,000 - £95,000. As the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecast preparation, as well as the development of internal control policies and procedures. You will also play a key role in financial risk management.

What you'll do:

As a Financial Controller, your role will be pivotal in supporting the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in functional development within the Finance team. You will assist in long-term financial business planning and forecasts while providing day-to-day leadership and guidance to your team. Your responsibilities will include maintaining all aspects of the company's financial and accounting functions, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, championing IT enhancements for improved efficiency, delivering high-quality timely financial information for decision-making purposes, overseeing periodic reporting, managing daily cash flow, and contributing to decisions regarding the company's financial strategy.

  • Supporting the CFO in functional development within the Finance team
