About the role.

As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for a Financial Controller to join us on a fixed term contract until the end of February 2026.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead end-to-end finance operations, including transactional processes, month-end close, and preparation, review, and presentation of monthly P&L and Balance Sheet.
  • Oversee statutory reporting, tax compliance, and audit requirements across multiple international entities (UK, US, and Australia).
  • Manage the credit control function, ensuring achievement of cash collection targets and maintaining strong debtor control.
  • Implement and maintain monthly balance sheet reviews, including reconciliation completion and formal sign-off processes.
  • Own and optimise financial systems and processes within Sage Intacct, while managing day-to-day relationships with external banks and accountants.

A little bit about you.

We’d really like to hear from you if you have:

  • Sage Intacct experience, with a strong track record of managing finance systems and processes.
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with proven experience as a Financial Controller.
  • Strong team leader with experience in managing and developing finance teams.
  • Skilled in statutory reporting, month-end close, and implementing financial controls across payroll, purchasing, and reconciliations.
  • Solid background in audit, either from practice or leading internal audit processes.
