Financial Controller

E & M Talent Partners are currently supporting a very well-established, award-winning manufacturer in Leeds who are looking to appoint a Financial Controller on a full-time, permanent basis.

As number 1 in finance, reporting into the Managing Director, you will be responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of company operations. You will lead from the front in the coordination of business planning, accounting, and budgeting.

Full responsibility for:

1. Accounting and Financial Controls
2. Management of Finance staff
3. Management of external relationships
4. Cash and Risk Management
5. Working capital
6. Management reporting
7. Asset Management and Utilities
8. IT/Fleet management

To be successful in being considered for this role you will need:

- A qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA)
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role
- Previous experience within a Manufacturing setting
