  • Overseeing daily operations of the Accounting & Finance department.

  • Managing budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting regulations and standards.

  • Collaborating with senior stakeholders on financial strategy.
  • Managing a team of finance professionals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Controller should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA).
  • QBE will be considered
  • Strong knowledge of accounting regulations and standards.
  • Understanding of P&L statements.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial software packages.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
