Hays are currently exclusively partnering with a high growth manufacturing SME business based in Chippenham. With a culture built on learning and collaboration, their ambitions are to double in size within three years and the appointment of a Part-Time Financial Controller is testament to this ambition. This is initially a 20-25 hour a week role and offers good flexibility.
The role will focus on working closely with the General Manager to help them make the right decisions to steer strategy and aid financial growth. Having said that, this is a very hands-on role and needs someone who is prepared to roll their sleeves up.

We are looking for someone who can thrive in an environment where they need to take initiative and initiate change. In terms of qualifications, preference would be a qualified accountant but would also consider QBE candidates with the relevant Manufacturing background. You will have proven experience at a controller level and working knowledge of an audit process, systems improvement and a strong commercial acumen.
