The Role
Support the General Manager and Senior Management Team in commercial and strategic decision making. Continuously improve business methods and provide excellent analysis that can be the basis for strategic decisions. Identify key actions both within the business and individual customers and prospects that will improve long-term profitability. Manage financial aspects of operation to a level of excellence and develop all the finance team to achieve their key result areas and develop to their potential.
