Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 DOE + Company Performance Bonus

We are partnering with a leading business in Birmingham that is looking for a Financial Controller to take ownership of financial reporting, team leadership, and business partnering. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious senior finance professional to make a real impact.

The Role:

1. Lead and develop a team, fostering a high-performance culture
2. Drive financial reporting, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all financial statements
3. Provide commercial insight to senior leadership, influencing key business decisions
4. Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and risk assessment
5. Enhance processes, systems, and financial controls to support business growth

The Person:

1. ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with experience in a leadership role
2. Strong technical finance background with commercial awareness
3. Proven ability to manage and develop teams in a fast-paced environment
4. Hands-on approach with excellent stakeholder management skills
