Your Role in Our Success

1. Take full ownership of the company's financial health, overseeing daily operations and ensuring long-term stability.
2. Lead and mentor a small finance team, fostering professional development and efficiency.
3. Produce clear, data-driven financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to guide senior management.
4. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies.
5. Manage cash flow, control costs, and optimize financial planning.
6. Provide detailed financial analysis to identify trends and improve performance.
7. Work closely with operational teams to enhance profitability and streamline processes.
8. Use SAGE 200 to improve financial reporting and management (prior experience is a plus but not essential).

What You Bring to the Table

1. Proven experience as a Financial Controller in a manufacturing environment - you understand the industry's unique financial challenges.
2. A track record of successfully managing and developing finance teams.
3. Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
4. A hands-on approach, with the ability to collaborate across departments to drive efficiency and profitability.
5. Knowledge of SAGE 200 is advantageous but not a dealbreaker.
6. Excellent communication skills and the confidence to influence key stakeholders.
