Bespak are looking for a Finance Business Partner for the Kings Lynn site, PE30 2JJ. The salary range for this 16-month, maternity cover role is between £70k and £75k plus a discretionary annual bonus. Our generous benefits package includes 28 days leave plus bank holidays, 8% company pension contribution to employees 3%, onsite parking and medical / dental / health / life insurance.
Working Pattern
We are flexible. Work 7.5 hours + 30 mins lunch break, between 8 and 5, this could be 8am to 4pm / 9am to 5pm or a variation of this. Hybrid working - up to 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. The needs of the business may require more than 3 days in the office to suit the requirements of the operational team.
As a Finance Business Partner, you will be a key figure in the finance team as well as the site Senior Leadership Team. You'll provide vital financial support to operational, commercial, and product development departments, collaborating with them to develop business strategies and control costs. This includes analysing monthly financial entries, leading month-end reviews, and supporting contract negotiations with detailed financial analysis. You will also play a crucial role in managing capital expenditure, fixed asset processes, and product costing models.
