Financial Analyst

Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 (depending on experience) + bonus and wider benefits

Stanton House has been engaged by a well-known and growing financial services business to support them with the hiring of a Finance Analyst. We are seeking a detail-orientated and motivated individual.

As part of our their Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial future of our organisation. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, providing financial insights and supporting strategic decision-making.

Your Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
2. Analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights
3. Develop financial reports and dashboards using MS Power Apps
4. Partner with business teams to align finance and strategy
5. Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
6. Conduct financial data analysis and develop financial models
7. Support financial systems integration and improvement

What We’re Looking For:

1. Significant experience in a Financial Analyst role, ideally within financial services or a high-performance environment
2. Expertise in financial planning, forecasting, financial modelling and business partnering
3. Strong analytical skills with a track record of delivering insights
4. Advanced Excel skills and experience with MS Power Apps
5. ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification (or working towards one) is a plus
