Are you ready to take your finance career to the next level? Join our Finance Animal Health (AH) commercial team and become a key player in providing crucial financial insights and support to drive our business forward.

This is a hybrid role based in our Bracknell Head Office.

YOUR ROLE

As a vital member of our team, you will:

1. Deliver timely, reliable, and relevant financial information to both local and corporate stakeholders
2. Maintain and support input models for budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
3. Provide clear financial explanations to help stakeholders understand figures within their roles
4. Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial systems, balance sheets, and income statements
5. Develop your technical knowledge and stay updated with current accounting practices
6. Create insightful business reports and analyze performance
7. Collaborate with the Finance team to share knowledge and best practices

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field
2. Professional Development: Working towards a finance professional qualification
3. Industry Experience: Experience in the Animal Health or FMCG industries is a plus
4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP ERP, advanced MS Office applications, and ideally, Power BI
5. Knowledge: Strong understanding of UK GAAP
6. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong team player

1. Analytical: Ability to analyze financial data and trends to make informed decisions
2. Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in financial reports and models
