Job description

Our candidate is seeking an ambitious and highly motivated individual to become a Director and Key Person of their organisation and play an integral role in taking the company forward and bringing about further success.

In addition to looking after some existing clients, you will also be tasked with attracting new business and will lead your team in providing first-class client service. You will need the experience of running a company or the ability to do so.

Candidates must have a very good understanding of pensions, investments, savings, and protection products. You will need relevant professional qualifications and must have the knowledge and ability to be a director of a regulated company (by the JFSC). Past experience as a Board member is preferred. Previous team management experience is required, and you will ideally have worked for an Independent Financial Adviser.
