Are you ready to take your financial expertise to the next level? At Elior UK, we're seeking a passionate and results-driven professional to lead our Management Accounting and Treasury teams. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee critical processes, including the delivery of accurate site trading accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, billing statements, and treasury forecasting. You'll also manage cashflow and OWC modelling, ensuring robust financial control while driving impactful decisions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Recruit, train, and lead the Management Accounting and Treasury teams.
2. Support ad hoc projects and ensure smooth month-end close processes.
3. Oversee site financial returns and monitor team performance metrics.
4. Drive continuous improvement and mentor finance apprentices.
5. Ensure accurate site trading in line with contracts and review divisional performance.
6. Maintain strong balance sheet controls and highlight risks.
7. Oversee timely production of billing statements and client reporting.
8. Act as UK process owner for management accounts and month-end continuity.
9. Manage the Treasury team and UK bank relationships.
10. Oversee Groupe reporting and improve bank reconciliation automation.

Skills & Experience:

1. ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with leadership experience in management accounting.
2. Strong communicator, problem-solver, and team player with SAP FICO and Excel expertise.
3. Agile, organised, and experienced in multi-site reporting.
4. Coordinate audits and enhance internal controls.
5. Ensure compliance with accounting standards for financial statements.
