We’re hiring a Project Manager for one of our FMCG customers – come shake things up with them:
They like to keep things fresh— their drinks and the way they work. They are looking for a brilliant Project Manager to join their Organisational Change / Finance teams to help them deliver top-notch tech and business change projects, all while keeping things as smooth as their smoothies.
What you’ll be doing
Juggling multiple projects across the business like a pro, making sure they stay on track, on time, and on budget.
Creating and leading high-performing teams (both in-house and with their partner) who feel just as excited as you do about delivering great work.
Using your magic touch to keep things moving, with the right balance of agile, iterative, and waterfall methodologies.
Building great relationships across all levels of the business to make sure everyone’s on board and we’re delivering what’s really needed.
Managing risks, issues, and all the little surprises that come with big, complex projects—without breaking a sweat.
What they are looking for
Someone who’s led big, complex projects from start to finish, keeping everything under control while managing multiple priorities.
A project management whizz who’s comfortable with different methodologies and knows how to mix them up when needed.
A people person—someone who can bring together cross-functional teams, motivate them, and keep them delivering at their best.
Experience working on finance projects (understanding workflows and processes) and/or organisational change projects is a big plus.
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proactive, can-do attitude (no sitting back and waiting for things to happen here).
Extra Details:
Day rate: £600p/d upwards
Contract length: 8 months
Working pattern: 3 days in London Office and 2 days wfh
IR35 Status: Outside IR35
