Cobalt have partnered exclusively with a leading PE-backed real estate data center development and management firm in their search for a Finance Transformation Lead.

You will be joining a fast-growing team based in Central London. This pivotal role supports business growth by redesigning FP&A processes, budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial strategy. You'll be partnering with finance leaders across the group and leading transformative initiatives to optimise finance operations in a high-growth environment.

Key requirements:

• Trained in Audit/ Big 4, with extensive experience in M&A/ deals/ transactions/ FP&A
• Industry experience is necessary, preferably in data centers/ industrial real estate
• Excellent communications skills and senior stakeholders management ability is essential
