Global Retailer looking to recruit a Finance Transformation Accountant to join their central finance function

Your new role

In your new role you'll report directly to the Head of Transformation and you'll collaborate with the existing team members in management accounts and the shared services transactional team. Your role will involve analysing historical data, current processes, and controls to identify areas for improvement. You will then implement these changes on behalf of the business as usual team and subsequently hand over the improved processes to them. You will act as a supportive partner to the business as usual teams, guiding them towards more efficient ways of working. Once new processes and controls are in place, you will need to monitor their adherence to ensure they are consistently followed.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with experience working within large, complex businesses. You will have experience in business partnering, financial reporting, and commercial analysis. The ability to adapt to a dynamic, rapidly changing business environment, multitask, delve into details when necessary, and meet deadlines promptly is essential.

What you'll get in return
