Job Description:

Our client is a leading international law firm with a long-standing reputation for excellence, innovation, and integrity. With offices across major offshore and onshore locations, they provide top-tier legal and advisory services to global clients. They are now seeking an experienced finance systems manager to take ownership of the financial systems, primarily Aderant. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation, optimisation, and future upgrades of finance platforms, supporting both technical efficiency and user experience. The successful candidate will lead system upgrade projects, support day-to-day management, enhance user experience through configuration and training, and act as the key liaison between finance, IT, and external vendors. A major system upgrade is scheduled for early 2026, transitioning from on-premise to Aderant’s AWS-based Sierra, for which this role will be pivotal.
