Are you passionate about harnessing technology to improve finance operations? This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development, delivery, and optimisation of a major ERP system as part of a transformational programme.

The organisation is currently implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. As Finance Systems Lead, you’ll act as a bridge between finance and IT, ensuring that D365 is configured and embedded effectively to meet current and future business needs.

You’ll play a key role in shaping strategy, driving system integration, and improving user experience. The role will also support the delivery of long-term digital finance goals, embedding best practice, governance, and continuous improvement.

The business requires employees to be onsite in Central London five days per week.

Key Skills

1. Strong understanding of ERP systems, specifically D365 F&O, ideally with experience of implementation or transformation projects
2. Qualified accountant
3. Willing to work five days a week in the office
4. Solid grasp of finance processes and data flows
5. Proven ability to manage relationships across finance, IT, and suppliers
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
7. Experience in supporting systems users and delivering training
8. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
9. Ability to lead projects and manage change
