We are excited to announce we’re recruiting for a Finance Systems Administrator to join our dynamic Finance Systems & Continuous Improvement team. As a Finance Systems Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Vets finance team and business user community, ensuring the smooth operation of our S/4 HANA Finance system. Key responsibilities (will include, but not limited to):

• Collaborating with finance and IT teams to ensure an excellent service is provided to our support office colleagues and JVP partners and acting as first point of call and triage for issue resolution.
• Responsibility for master data maintenance within S/4 HANA finance system ensuring data accuracy and adherence to controls.
• Perform Period end Systems admin activities such as closing ledgers, monitoring inbound and outbound interfaces.
• Maintaining system workflows for Purchase Orders, Invoice approvals, journals, and bank within the S/4 HANA system.
• Working with our Superuser community to identify continuous improvements and supporting Finance and wider business with Systems training and adoption.

About Your Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar systems administrator role or a background in finance.
• Exceptional multitasking abilities and the skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information in a non-technical manner.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work within a team across multiple sites and third-party suppliers.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
• Knowledge of SAP S4 HANA is preferred but not essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.
