Job Description

We are recruiting for a Finance Support Administrator to join a well-established finance-based company in Watford. As a Finance Support Administrator, you will be responsible for reviewing the Customer and Dealer agreements in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to UK policies and procedures as outlined on a deal by deal basis. Performing all necessary controls and validation of contracts to the highest standard required for this role!

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Review contracts to pass to the Payouts team for activation and payout
  2. Handling incoming contract documentation and queries received via post, e-mail or integrated digital systems
  3. Ensuring all paperwork is present and correct in line with policies and liaise seamlessly with joining functions where necessary
  4. Complete customer due diligence, fraud and compliance related checks prior to activation
  5. Maintain turnaround time for receiving documents to first stage check on a programmatic basis
  6. Complete key milestones ensuring all relevant regulatory examinations are successfully passed within given time frames
  7. Engage in Digital transformation, supporting the business to evolve towards a digital future enabling faster more efficient funding for customers
  8. Create and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, internal and external to resolve queries

  1. At least 2 years+ experience within a similar admin support position
  2. Attention to detail on admin tasks
  3. Able to work under pressure / to deadline
  4. Accurate data entry on multiple systems
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills
  6. Great attention to detail
  7. Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the business
