This is a crucial role, and the ideal candidate will bring a blend of financial acumen and a passion for supporting a creative team.

The successful candidate will have experience in administrative finance functions, such as managing budgets, handling invoices, and supporting financial reporting processes. Additionally, a background in the arts or design industries is beneficial, along with a genuine enthusiasm for architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organise business travel, including booking flights, hotels, and itineraries.
  • Provide administrative support to the Directors and Studio Manager.
  • Work closely with the Finance Manager, supporting financial administration, including invoice processing, budget tracking, and financial record-keeping.
  • Manage event and exhibition tickets and bookings.
  • Help maintain the studio environment to ensure it is well-organised and presentable.
  • Use software tools for finance-related tasks, such as accounting software, spreadsheets, and budget management systems.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with finance administration and familiarity with accounting software.
  • Proficiency in software tools such as Excel, accounting systems, and other finance-related applications.

This role requires someone with a strong can-do attitude, a proactive nature, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, sociable environment. We are looking for someone who is excited to contribute to both the creative and financial aspects of a dynamic architecture practice.
