Contract Length: 6 Months Upwards

Day Rate: 500 (Inside IR35) | Permanent Equivalent: 90-100k FTE + Benefits

Location: Hybrid, 2-3 days per week in Edinburgh City Centre

W&A is pleased to be partnering with a leading firm in their search for an experienced Finance Project Manager to support their ongoing transformation initiatives. This newly created role will report to the Head of Transformation and is critical in delivering finance-related change initiatives that align with the company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of finance transformation projects.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Engage with key stakeholders across finance and wider business functions to drive collaboration and alignment.
  • Oversee process and system enhancements to improve financial reporting, controls, and operational efficiency.
  • Implement effective change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions.
Key Skills Experience
  • Proven track record in delivering finance-related change and transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of finance processes, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset, able to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
