Job description
My client is a global consultancy seeking an experienced Finance Project Consultant to join on an interim basis.
This position will be responsible for analyzing and designing new business processes to create documentation for the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define S/4HANA requirements and use cases, and participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.
Key Accountabilities include:
- Be an SME with deep knowledge and experience in Finance.
- Engage with multiple teams and be responsible for team decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and address business area challenges.
- Master proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Intermediate level of proficiency in SAP Project System (PS) is recommended.
- Design, build, test, and deploy Finance scope - GL, AP, AR, FA, Tax, Inter Company, and integration with MM, SD, PS, etc.
- Hands-on experience with process, SAP configuration, test scripts, and execution.
- Lead Finance workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on new processes.
