Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance & Operations Director located in Cardiff.

The Finance & Operations Director will be responsible for financial reporting (management and statutory), overseeing operations management, budgeting, analytical tasks, and debtor and creditor matters. Day-to-day tasks include bank reconciliation, financial reporting, budget management, reporting to CEO and other senior directors, managing financial planning, leading and mentoring the team, analyzing financial data, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Experience in post acquisition integration will be valuable as GS Verde Group accelerates a buy and build strategy in the professional services sector.

Qualifications

  • Accountancy qualifications (ACCA, ICAEW or similar);
  • Operations Management and Team Management skills;
  • Analytical Skills and Budgeting expertise;
  • Post acquisition integration experience;
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities;
  • Ability to work on-site in Cardiff;
  • Ability to manage multiple office sites (currently Cardiff, Bristol, Dublin and Cheltenham);
  • Experience in finance or corporate transactions is a plus;
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
