Your new company

A prestigious and well esteemed college are looking for a Finance Assistant on a temporary basis. They are looking to add you to their finance team where you'll be joining them in an office based near a flourishing and upbeat area around Hounslow.

Your new role

Your new role will see you reporting directly to the Finance Manager, where you'll be asked to fulfil various responsibilities. Responsibilities will include:

1. Transactions (Accounts Payable Duties)
2. Processing Invoices
3. Project role clearing up a backlog.
4. Administrative Duties

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed, you will need to be a finance professional with strong experience within an office environment. You will have strong attention to detail, a high level of speed & accuracy, strong communication skills, and a strong hunger to succeed. You should have the ability to use initiative, anticipate issues and develop common sense. You will also be able to offer practical solutions to deliver high quality output to tight deadlines. You'll be fully office based and free parking available.

What you'll get in return

This is an ongoing temporary role, paying between £15-£18 an hour.
