Finance Manager - Hotel

Our Client is a luxury 5-star hotel close to London Bridge.

They are now looking to recruit a Finance Manager - a qualified accountant with at least 5 years of experience PQE.

You will ideally have experience of working at a 4 or 5-star hotel property and bring your expertise to this fabulous Client.

The role includes all the usual daily, weekly, and monthly reporting activities:

  1. Preparation of weekly sales and banking report.
  2. Review of guest and city ledger and chasing of all debt on a timely basis.
  3. Preparation of adjustments and write-off reports.
  4. Assisting in the forecasting of business expected in comparison to last year and obtaining the actuals to produce a report.

Previous experience as a Finance Controller from a luxury 4/5-star hotel is required.

Basic understanding of accountancy and bookkeeping is necessary.

Fluency in written and verbal English is required, and ideally, the ability to communicate in Hindi.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

You should be a great team worker and leader with the ability to work under pressure.

Salary for this role will be circa £40K - £45K.
