Finance Manager FP&A – Marketing

We're looking for a Finance Manager to join the No7 Beauty Company FP&A team, reporting into the Head of FP&A.

Contract: The role is currently a 18 month secondment (or Fixed Term Contract) covering a Maternity Leave.

About the role

This role gives the opportunity to obtain experience in international markets and a multicultural environment. It will be dealing with various levels within the organisation, with significant exposure to the CMO and Senior Marketing leads globally across the USA, UK, and Centrally. You will create business performance through both insightful analysis, and help identify, implement and guide process improvement.

Key responsibilities:

• FP&A lead for Global Central Marketing business, UK Marketing business, One B-Hive and Global Digital teams including month-end, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Responsible for owning and communicating the FP&A plan and calendar to all Marketing leaders, setting clear expectations on deliverables within wider organisation timelines.
• Production of monthly performance packs and attendance of relevant meetings, giving clear performance insights.
• Challenge the Marketing teams and leaders to clearly identify the most accurate forecast, risks and opportunities to achieve business goals.
• Provide FP&A support to the Global Central Marketing leaders, UK Marketing Director, Global Digital Director and Director of B-Hive, and Senior Finance Managers for Global Marketing and No7 Beauty Company.
• Close collaborative partnership with regional finance teams and central FP&A team.
• Manage the set-up of new One B-Hive financial month end and reporting processes.
• Support on global WPP agency deal for No7BC.
• Support central FP&A reporting with commercial insight, being the expert for your area.
• Line management and development of Marketing Senior Finance Analyst.
• Work with a "continuous improvement" mind-set to simplify processes and reporting.
• Prepare ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required to provide insight into business performance.
• Support overall FP&A team with wider team projects and goals.

What you'll need to have

These are the essential skills or experience needed to succeed in this role.

• You will be a qualified finance professional (CIMA, ACA, ACCA).
• You will be an effective communicator and have good organizational skills.

• With the ability to cope with a changing, Agile environment.
• Commercial awareness and analytical skills, with a sound knowledge of Excel.
