Job Title: Finance Manager - Fixed Term Contract (15307)

Description:

We’re looking for a Finance Manager to join our Holidays Finance team on a Fixed Term Contract basis. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager – Transactions, you’ll oversee our Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams, and you’ll be working closely with multiple departments at easyJet holidays, particularly our sourcing team.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead on financial transactions.
2. Ensure a smooth, well-controlled transaction environment.
3. Monitor team performance and present weekly dashboards to management.
4. Manage short-term cash flow forecasting and currency funding.
5. Develop a roadmap for improvements across the transactions area.

What you’ll bring to the team:

We’re looking for a qualified accountant with at least two years PQE, who has a strong understanding of finance transactions. You’ll have a track record of improving processes or implementing automation and be comfortable working with large data sets. You should be able to interpret complex accounting concepts across balance sheets, cash flow, and P&L, and be confident engaging and challenging stakeholders at all levels, both inside and outside of finance.

The role is full-time and based at our easyJet holidays HQ near Luton Airport. We operate a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office.
